Hopeful Horizons Seeks Full Time Victim/Family Advocate

Full Time Victim/Family Advocate

Hopeful Horizons, a Nonprofit Children's Advocacy, Domestic Violence and Rape Crisis Center serving the 14th Judicial Circuit in the Lowcountry, is seeking a full time Victim/Family Advocate to provide crisis intervention, advocacy and support to victims and their families. The Victim/Family Advocate will also communicate and collaborate with our community partners and coordinate needed services focused on protecting the well-being of the victim.

Preference will be given to candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services (or related field) or equivalent work experience is required. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of community resources, work well with a team, have excellent public relations and communications skills and be able to maintain confidentiality and set personal boundaries.
