Request for CAC Services

South Carolina has 17 primary Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) and 14 satellite CACs that serve children and families across the state. Each center provides specialized services including forensic interviews, medical evaluations, advocacy, and therapy to support children impacted by abuse and neglect.

MDT members can use this page to access the Statewide Request for Services form for each CAC. Using the dropdown box below, please select the county in which services are needed. The CAC(s) that serve the selected county will appear along with a link to directly submit a Request for Services (RFS) form.
